I am a fitness enthusiast whose focus is improving my client’s emotional well being through improved fitness levels by the implementation of two exceptional Les Mills programs: BodyPump and SPRINT. As a certified BodyPump instructor, I will give you verbal cues for better body alignment, allowing proper execution of all moves, which in turn means less chance of injury and lightning fast results! In SPRINT expect to be pushed to the limit while I instill correct body positioning on the bike and applying correct load on the wheel, allowing all participants to reap the rewards of High Intensity Interval Training. With a Master’s Degree in Education, multiple fitness certifications (Personal Training, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Les Mills BodyPump and SPRINT) and over 17 years of experience in teaching group fitness, you can expect platinum level service each time you choose to take your fitness up a notch by training with me.
