I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach. I am also a Les Mills certified instructor in a range of strength and cardio based fitness programs, plus I completed my Advanced Instructor Module Training in Body Pump. Another fact about me is I love spending time up in the air, no not a frequent flyer program but teaching ‘Bounce’ a trampoline fitness class. I trained with the ‘Jump Sport’ program and developed a popular high energy, cardio & strength based class which research shows produces not only enhanced fitness but unique health benefits, including boosting lymphatic drainage and immune function. My focus is to spread the joy of exercise and educate through shared knowledge, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the fitness community. I welcome participants of all ages & abilities and am passionate about helping others achieve results in a fun and inclusive setting.
